All jewelry and clothing products are Created by hand, so each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. While we don’t accept custom requests, we may on occasion revisit specific design themes and produce similar inventory for purchase in this store. Shipping + Returns

Domestic shipping is free, WE PAY for delivery TO YOUR LOCATION ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL USA. we charge flat rateS for international shipping TO CANADA ($25.85), Mexico ($32.20), AND OVERSEAS ($36.70). Ground delivery in the USA takes approximately 2-7 business days. international shipping may take up to 10 days or longer due to customs holds at your destination. You have 10 calendar days to evaluate your purchase. If you decide to return your purchase within 10 DAYS, you’ll pay return shipping and we’ll refund the item cost along with any applicable taxes (credited to your original payment method). Please note: OUR shipping cost TO YOUR LOCATION is not refundable and will be deducted from your REFUND. Use the contact form to tell us about your Return and we’ll respond with specific delivery instructions. Any returned item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and free of damage. We recommend obtaining insurance and delivery confirmation using the carrier of your choosing. Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refunds for damaged items will only be considered if damage occurs during shipping, or as a result of a manufacturing defect. Items may not be returned when damage occurs due to regular wear. If your jewelry becomes damaged from regular wear, please send us a note, we’ll be happy to follow up with information about repairs and refinishing.

Jewelry Care

Unless otherwise specified, our Jewelry is made from precious metal and vegetable-tanned leather. These are durable materials, nonetheless—care should be taken when worn. All leather is sealed for protection, but this treatment is not intended to protect against prolonged exposure to water or damp conditions. In general, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or sleeping.
